Are you a clinical leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves developing others, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care? We are seeking a Clinical Manager to guide our clinical operations, support staff growth, and champion high-quality care across our organization.

In this role, you will oversee daily clinical workflows, lead onboarding and training for new medical assistants, and drive performance improvement initiatives that make a real impact on patient and provider experiences. If you excel at building efficient systems, coaching teams, and elevating clinical standards, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily clinical workflows and serve as a primary clinical resource for our staff of 10 - 15 medical assistants.
• Lead onboarding, training, and competency assessments for medical assistants.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives using data, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Create and update SOPs to support consistent, high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and documentation accuracy.
• Foster collaboration across providers, clinical staff, and administrative teams.
• Support Medicare patient attribution accuracy, engagement, and AWV completion.
• Monitor and contribute to MSSP quality performance.

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN, preferred) or LPN
• A strong communicator and natural coach
• Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement
• Willing to work alongside your staff as needed
• Experienced in clinical operations, training, or team leadership
