Business Analyst; Cleared Security Clearance

Position: Business Analyst (Fully Cleared) with Security Clearance
*** Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Required

As a Business Analyst, you'll support a particular agile workstream team (either Integration or UI) to help gather requirements, ensure delivery meets required needs, and ensures work will be accepted without any major issues What you'll do:
* Perform requirements analysis and documentation activities such as:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation;
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications;
Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements; and Maintain requirements traceability throughout project life cycles
* Conduct Process Analysis and Improvement Activities such as:
Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state;
Develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures; etc.
* Engage in Stakeholder Management Activities such as:
Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders, etc.
* Perform Systems Analysis & Testing activities such as:
Analyze system functionality and performance to ensure alignment with business requirements
* Conduct Data Analysis & Reporting Activities such as:
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making What you'll need to succeed:
* Minimum 7 years of experience
* Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent experience in leu of degree
* Hold an active government issued TS/SCI CI Poly clearance
* Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation.
* Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
* Strong background in creating documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements, with the ability to maintain requirements traceability throughout project life cycles.
* Experience conducting gap analyses to identify differences between current state and desired future state.
* Proficiency in developing process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including collaboration with business users, project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
* Hands-on experience analyzing system functionality and performance to validate alignment with business requirements, including participation in system testing and validation activities.
* Proficiency in data analysis, including creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. #CJ The Red Arch Solutions pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
