As a Business Analyst
, you’ll support an agile workstream team (either Integration or UI) to gather requirements, ensure delivery meets required needs, and ensure work will be accepted without any major issues.

• Perform requirements analysis and documentation activities such as:
  Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation;
  Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications;
  Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements; and Maintain requirements traceability throughout project life cycles.
• Conduct process analysis and improvement activities such as:
  Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state;
  Develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Engage in stakeholder management activities such as:
  Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders.
• Perform systems analysis and testing activities such as:
  Analyze system functionality and performance to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting activities such as:
  Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision‑making.

• Minimum 7 years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Hold an active government‑issued TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Strong background in creating documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements, with the ability to maintain requirements traceability throughout project life cycles.
• Experience conducting gap analyses to identify differences between current state and desired future state.
• Proficiency in developing process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including collaboration with business users, project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy‑in.
• Hands‑on experience analyzing system functionality and performance to validate alignment with business requirements, including participation in system testing and validation activities.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision‑making.
