Business Analyst (TS/SCI w/ CI poly REQUIRED)

Our client is an up-and‑coming Software/AI consulting firm specializing in system modernization, AI implementations, data migrations, and custom app development. They support government and commercial agencies with a focus on increasing productivity for national security and sensitive data.

Senior Business Analyst role: support agile workstream teams—Integration or UI—to gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery meets required needs.

Assist agile teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements; translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications; manage stakeholder expectations; develop SOPs, process maps, user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements; conduct gap analysis; analyze system functionality and performance with a focus on data analysis.

• 7+ years of experience
• Active TS/SCI with CI poly clearance is required
• Proficient with gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through stakeholder management and developing SOPs and process maps
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Background in creating documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements, and conducting gap analysis
• Hands‑on experience analyzing system functionality and performance and proficient in data analysis

Salary Range: $115,000 - $120,000K + Benefits + Paid Time Off/Holidays
