We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Integrations Configuration & Support Specialist to ensure seamless setup, troubleshooting, and optimization of integrations between our platform and third-party systems. This role bridges technical execution and customer enablement — configuring integrations to meet client needs, diagnosing issues, and partnering with Product and Engineering to resolve complex cases. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Required

• 2+ years in a technical support, integrations, or implementation specialist role
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting SaaS integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Service Now, AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Solid understanding of APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, SAML, etc.), and data mapping concepts
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with nontechnical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple integration projects concurrently

• Experience supporting integrations for compliance/security tools (e.g., SIEM, GRC, or risk management platforms)
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) for basic automation or data queries
• Prior experience in a cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management SaaS company
• Background in customer onboarding or postsales technical enablement
• Knowledge of REST APIs and common integration patterns
