Systems & Client Experience Engineer Hybrid (Bethesda / Chevy Chase / Northern VA)

• Build trusted relationships with SMB clients (government contractors, professional services, etc.)
• Be the technical face of reliability: networking fundamentals, workstation optimization, Microsoft environments
• Participate in modernization projects across Windows, Mac, M365, security, and light virtualization
• Influence and document best practices so environments stay clean, stable, and predictable
• Collaborate with a tight engineering team that helps each other rather than escalates away

• Networking: routing/switching, firewall fundamentals
• Active Directory familiarity (group policy, permissions, join/cleanup, etc.)
• Experience with virtualization environments (Hyper‑V or VMware)
• MSP tooling (Connect Wise, Kaseya, or similar)
