Job Title:Configuration Manager (Open Shift + CI/CD) Location

The Configuration Manager supports a large-scale enterprise application environment by managing configuration, build, and deployment processes across shared platforms. This role ensures secure, repeatable, and compliant releases in containerized and cloud-enabled environments supporting mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage configuration management processes across enterprise applications and shared services.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting Agile development and release cycles.
- Administer and support Red Hat Open Shift / Kubernetes platforms.
- Maintain version control, baselines, and deployment artifacts across multiple environments.
- Support change management, release coordination, and configuration audits.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, security scanning, and quality controls.
- Support Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and standardized deployment patterns.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure reliable releases.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and deployment procedures.
- Experience supporting enterprise configuration management in regulated or large-scale environments.
- Hands‑on experience with Open Shift or Kubernetes
. - Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, etc.).
- Experience with Git‑based version control and release management.
- Familiarity with Dev Sec Ops practices and compliance‑driven delivery.
- Experience supporting shared platforms or common services

- Experience supporting federal or highly regulated systems.
- Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
- Knowledge of container security and platform governance.
