Our client is a prominent international law firm. They are seeking a Legal Secretary with Litigation experience to join the team. This position is based fully on site in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia

* Job Details
  • Provide general administrative assistance
  • Manage attorney calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and take detailed messages
  • Coordinate opening of new matters and conflicts checks
  • Prepare, file, transcribe, and archive legal documents
  • Manage court filings and e-filings with attorney supervision
  • Assist with attorney timekeeping
  • Coordinate travel and logistics
  • Process expense reports and reimbursements
  • Salary Range: $75-95k annually, based on experie
    nce

* Skills and Qualifications
  • College degree preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary at mid-to-large-size law firm
  • Must have litigation experience
  • Familiar with legal terminology and documents
  • Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communicator with outstanding customer service skills
