As our Production Partner, you'll work closely with Bic to help manage & execute the day-to-day activities of a busy real estate business.

You'll be involved in nearly every aspect of the client journey, from initial consultations & property tours to listing preparation, market research, negotiations, inspections & closing.

You'll serve as a trusted extension of Bic, ensuring clients receive the same level of attention, professionalism & care that has helped build our reputation over the past two decades.

You'll also collaborate with our established administrative team, allowing you to focus on high-value, client-facing activities while ensuring every detail is handled.

Our goal is to find someone who can take things off Bic's plate, not simply add another person to manage.
