Position Overview
Silver Diner seeks a Dishwasher who is passionate about hospitality, connecting with people, and serving great food at the cutting edge of hot trends. Dishwashers are the foundation of a successful restaurant; neither the kitchen nor the dining room can function without clean plates and utensils.
As a Dishwasher you will learn proper cleaning, health, and safety procedures in the food industry, be an important part of a strong team, and have the opportunity to grow into other positions. The role requires weekend and holiday availability and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Key Responsibilities- Perform proper cleaning, health, and safety procedures for dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Support the kitchen and dining operations by maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in the transition to supervisory or managerial roles as part of career growth opportunities.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
