Our Floral Department provides customers with fresh arrangement and plants for both everyday and special occasion needs. As a Customer Service Team Member in the Floral Department you'll work to help our customers find exactly what they're looking for, and ensure the freshest floral items are available throughout the day. If your passions are fresh products and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you!

Collective customer service experience, internally and/or externally preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting;
Floral arrangement/design experience;
Work Environment:
The physical demands of this work are classified as medium with some heavy effort tasks. Work includes walking, standing for up to 4 hours without a break, repetitive hand and arm movements, frequent lifting, bending, and reaching, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers. The average weight range of items lifted is 5 – 25 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 50 pounds occasionally.

You may receive assistance with heavy items, if available. Upper extremity repetition is moderate and trunk movement involves moderate twisting, bending, and pivoting. May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction). The work environment is indoors and involves exposure to cold (33° – 55°) temperatures, wet conditions, seasonal outdoor temperatures and weather. Basic tools and equipment used include stem cutter, wrapping station, display containers, u-cart, hand/power jack, compactor, baler, and box cutter.
