Supports the store's receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations while helping deliver a seamless customer experience. Processes merchandise and customer orders according to company standards.
Responsibilities- Process new merchandise receipts and locate items for customer orders.
- Pack merchandise for shipment and support fulfillment activities.
- Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistics initiatives.
- Welcome customers on the selling floor and support the store during high-volume events.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
