Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our successful sports institute and training facility! Your goal is to increase membership numbers through member referrals, cold calls, walk-in visits, and lead conversions. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of fitness and sports performance.

Responsibilities:

Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the facility.

Check members in as they enter the facility.

Answer phone calls and assist members as needed.

Communicate with inbound leads and potential members via calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings.

Engage with outbound leads and potential partners through calls, texts, emails, and meetings.

Contact local businesses about sponsorship opportunities.

Provide an excellent onboarding experience.

Assist members with resolving concerns or complaints.

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required.
Previous customer service or sales experience.
Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs.
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
