The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the selling team and enhances the client experience during the holiday season. This role welcomes clients, assists with sales and store services, and works across store areas according to business needs.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their needs.
- Work in different store areas and process point-of-sale transactions as needed.
- Address escalated issues by connecting clients with management and follow up on client requests.
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
- Introduce clients to relevant services, including personalization, package carry-out, and delivery.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-focused role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
