The Beauty Advisor provides personalized customer service and expert La Mer product guidance while driving individual, brand, and department sales. The role builds client relationships, supports consultation and event activity, and maintains a welcoming cosmetics counter.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
- Build customer relationships and provide expert product consultations, application, and follow-up.
- Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter and collaborate with team members and the brand account executive.
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
- Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quota.
- Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultation and application.
- Strong multitasking, communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills; ability to use online clienteling tools.
