Summary
The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated sales, exceptional service, and personal engagement. This onsite role combines in-store and digital selling, styling expertise, and fashion knowledge to deliver a tailored customer experience and achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities- Provide customer-centric service and expert styling and brand knowledge.
- Use selling tools, digital technology, social media, and omnichannel inventory to connect with clients and drive sales.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and business planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- Fashion, styling, and fashion retail experience.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology.
- Commission sales experience.
- Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible work schedule.
