The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated service, styling expertise, and personal engagement. This onsite role serves clients in store and digitally, using technology to support sales and personalized wardrobe recommendations.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrate styling, fashion, product, and brand knowledge to support sales and wardrobing.
- Use digital selling tools, social media, and omnichannel inventory to connect with clients and drive sales.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals while collaborating with colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in fashion retail, styling, or selling to clients using digital tools.
- Commission sales experience and the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Flexible work schedule.
