Client Advisor

The Client Advisor drives boutique sales while delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. The role builds lasting customer relationships, shares expertise on Panerai products and heritage, and supports boutique performance and operations.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall boutique performance.
• Welcome clients, understand their needs, guide them through the selling process, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, accurately capture customer information, and participate in CRM initiatives and events.
• Maintain strong product and brand knowledge and provide professional service before and after the sale.
• Support daily boutique operations, including opening and closing, inventory, repairs, security procedures, and boutique presentation.

• At least 2 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong selling skills and a luxury service mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and a team-oriented approach.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Excellent computer skills.
