We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our team in an administrative role to support the hiring and onboarding of clinical positions across our multiple locations. The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, professionalism, energy, organization, and drive. We will train you on the specific job responsibilities, and the right fit will quickly pick up and manage responsibilities on their own.

Job Responsibilities- Engage in full cycle recruitment and hiring of Ally's therapists. Ally's therapists are comprised of two groups:
- Behavior Technicians (BTs):
Associate's or Bachelor's level clinicians who may or may not have prior ABA experience but express an interest in the field - Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs):
Masters or Doctorate level clinicians who have experience and training in ABA
- Behavior Technicians (BTs):
- Review job descriptions to ensure information remains up to date and conducive to sourcing appropriate applicants for open positions
- Conduct first-round phone screenings with qualified candidates and deliver feedback to the hiring team
- Support new hire orientation and training process
- Assist the hiring team as needed with specialty projects and initiatives
- Contribute to our purpose-driven culture that makes Ally Behavior Centers the best place to work in early intervention
- Experience with human capital management, recruiting, sales, customer service, or consulting
- ABA experience or experience in healthcare or clinician recruiting is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and willingness to do whatever is needed to achieve our company's mission
- Ability to multitask and remain attentive to detail in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Ability to occasionally travel within Maryland, Virginia, and the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area
- Strong and fluent written and oral communication skills. This should shine through in your cover letter — show us your style and professionalism
- Must be able to pass MD/VA state and FBI background checks in addition to a sex offender background check
- Salaried, full-time position with salary beginning at $50,000
- Guaranteed semi-monthly paycheck (24 pay periods per year)
