Assistant​/Associate Professor in Management​/Leadership

The University of Khorfakkan (UKF) invites applications for full time faculty positions in Management at the Assistant or Associate Professor level within the College of Business Administration, with appointments beginning in Fall 2026.

We are looking for active and research-driven academics with strong publication records, innovative teaching portfolios, and a commitment to excellence in education and scholarship. Successful candidates will contribute to UKF's mission of building a dynamic business school and the UAE's vision for higher education and sustainable economic development.

• Conduct original, high-impact research in Management or related areas; publish in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
• Present at international conferences and seek external research funding.
• Collaborate with academic, industry, and community partners on applied and interdisciplinary research initiatives.

• Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses.
• Apply innovative teaching pedagogies, including blended and experiential learning.
• Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and internships.

• Contribute to curriculum development, program review, and continuous improvement aligned with national and international accreditation frameworks.
• Participate actively in departmental committees, student engagement, and institutional service.

• PhD in Management or a closely related discipline from an accredited university.
• A strong and consistent record of publications in internationally recognized, peer-reviewed journals (Scopus, ABDC, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated university-level teaching excellence and commitment to student-centered learning.
• Experience with AACSB, EQUIS, or other international accreditation standards is highly desirable.
