Merchandiser (Khawr Fakkan, India)

• Work closely with the sales team to determine the most effective product placement strategies
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions about product assortment, pricing, and promotions
• Create eye-catching displays that attract customers' attention and highlight key products
• Ensure that all products are properly stocked, priced, and labeled according to company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate teams
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional events or campaigns
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure that visual merchandising standards are being met
• Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide feedback as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in order to make strategic recommendations

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail or fashion industry preferred
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising concepts and techniques
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
• Familiarity with retail software and POS systems
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Indian nationality preferred, but all nationalities are welcome to apply
• Prior experience or knowledge of Khawr Fakkan market is a plus
