Role Summary:
The Painter will be responsible for performing high-quality painting, coating, and finishing work for residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects. This includes surface preparation, applying paint, and ensuring smooth finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and repairing holes
- Mix paints, match colors, and apply coats using brush, roller, or spray
- Perform interior and exterior painting works (walls, ceilings, doors, trims, etc.)
- Apply putty, primer, undercoat, emulsion, enamel, and decorative finishes
- Install wall textures and special finishes when required
- Protect surrounding areas with masking and covering materials
- Ensure smooth and clean finishing with no brush marks or patches
- Work closely with supervisors to complete tasks on time
- Clean tools and maintain painting equipment
- Follow site safety procedures
- Minimum 2–3 years UAE/GCC experience as a painter
- Strong knowledge of painting tools, materials, and finishing techniques
- Ability to mix paints and match colors accurately
- Skilled in putty work, patching, sanding, and surface preparation
- Experience in interior fit-out painting preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Can join immediately (preferred)
