Assistant Professor in Physical Education and Sport Science

The University of Kalba's College of Sport Science invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in Physical Education and Sport Science
. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality teaching, practical instruction, and academic support across the undergraduate program in Physical Education and Sport Science. The ideal candidate will possess strong pedagogical skills, a commitment to student-centred learning, and a passion for promoting health, fitness, and sport education. The selected candidate should be able to teach one or more of the following courses:

• Sports coaching (theoretical and practical)
• Sports Biomechanics
• Performance Analysis
• Sports Management

• Teach undergraduate courses in areas such as Physical Education, sports coaching, and related disciplines.
• Conduct practical sessions and field-based activities that enhance students' applied learning.
• Engage in research and scholarly activities.

• PhD in Physical Education and/or Sport Science.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the university level.
• Evidence of professional engagement in sport, coaching, or physical education practice.
• Strong research record.
• Experience integrating technology and digital tools into teaching.
• Familiarity with international standards in sport science education.
• Certification in coaching, or fitness instruction.
