Senior Engineering Consultant

As an AI engineer you will be joining a Voice AI company developing next-generation conversational technologies that redefine how organizations interact with customers. You'll work on cutting-edge solutions spanning speech recognition, AI agents, voice analytics, call automation, and conversational intelligence, helping create scalable products that enable natural, human-like interactions.

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML systems powering conversational and voice-based applications.

Build and optimize speech-to-text (Stt), text-to-speech (TTS), natural language understanding (NLU), and conversational AI pipelines.

Create data processing and feature engineering workflows for large-scale conversational datasets, including call recordings, transcripts, CRM interactions, customer journeys, and behavioral signals.

2-8 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, NLP Engineering, or a related field.

Strong Python development skills.

Experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.

Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, conversational AI, or NLP applications.

Knowledge of speech technologies, vector databases, RAG architectures, or agent frameworks is a strong plus.

Familiarity with Twilio, SIP, WebRTC, telephony platforms, or contact-center technologies.

Experience with real-time inference systems and low-latency AI applications.

Clear pathways for progression into Senior AI Engineer, Lead AI Engineer, AI Architect, or Conversational AI Lead positions.
