Role

Description:

Design and implement API test automation frameworks.
Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing for APIs.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure test coverage.
Identify gaps in testing and propose solutions. Maintain documentation for test cases and results.

Competencies:

Digital:
Dev Ops Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Java Solutions, Test Automation, Java Unit Testing Frameworks (Junit,
* Unit,
* Mock, Cactus, etc)

Experience (Years): 4-6

Essential

Skills:

Knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI for API documentation is beneficial.
Understanding of performance testing and security testing principles is a plus.
Familiarity with databases, particularly Oracle, is advantageous.
Experience in Agile environments is helpful. Mentorship capabilities to uplift team members are valued.
Strong experience in API test automation using Java, Rest-Assured, and Cucumber is essential. Proficiency in designing test cases for various scenarios is crucial.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and authentication methods is required.

A background in financial services or core banking systems is highly desirable.
