About the Role
As a   Technical Lead .NET   , you will play a key role in leading the technical direction of a portfolio of business-critical applications. You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership, ensuring high-quality software delivery while collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, functional experts, architects, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the development team.
Take overall technical ownership of application solutions.
Actively contribute to software development, feature implementation, and bug fixing.
Design scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Produce technical documentation and deployment deliverables.
Coordinate infrastructure and configuration requests with Operations teams.
Conduct code reviews and promote software quality best practices.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Ensure security best practices are integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
Evaluate and introduce new technologies aligned with business and architectural objectives.
Work closely with solution architects to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards. xlxgzvr

Required Skills & Experience
Technical
Extensive experience with   .NET development
Strong background in software architecture and application design
Experience leading development teams in enterprise environments
Hands-on coding experience and passion for clean, maintainable code

Experience with code reviews, CI/CD, deployment processes, and application lifecycle management
Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization
Soft Skills
Excellent leadership and coaching abilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Ability to make technical decisions and drive projects forward
Collaborative approach and experience working in cross-functional teams
