Join to apply for the Telehandler role at MCG Construction in Uckfield, East Sussex.
Working on a solar farm, the successful candidate will operate a telehandler to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on site. Safety, precision, and efficiency are paramount.
When not using the Fofklift you will be expected to help keep the site clean and assist with general labour duties.
Responsibilities- Operate a telehandler to lift, move, and place materials and equipment as needed on construction sites.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the telehandler and report any issues or defects to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
