Teaching Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join our supply team and support local schools on an ad-hoc basis. This is an ideal opportunity to work flexibly, supporting pupils in their learning while experiencing a variety of school environments.

Responsibilities

Provide classroom support to teachers and assist in delivering engaging lessons.
Support individual pupils or small groups to enhance their learning and development.
Assist with classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.
Adapt to the needs of different schools and year groups.
Uphold school policies and procedures, promoting the welfare and safeguarding of all pupils.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (desirable but not essential).
Is enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable.
Has a passion for working with children and supporting their education.
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Is professional, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
