Legionella Risk Assessor

Job Description

We are seeking a Legionella Risk Assessor for our Water Hygiene Team. The role involves undertaking risk assessments, written scheme audits, and internal quality checks, often requiring travel.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct Legionella risk assessments of water systems
• Audit management and planned preventative monitoring regimes
• Perform general water hygiene tasks such as outlet flushing, temperature checks, and sampling

• Working knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG
  274 and BS:8580
• Understanding of complex water systems, including water softeners, vehicle washes, and industrial processes
• Knowledge of written scheme of control audits
• Strong client communication skills
• Competent report writing skills
• Computer software proficiency (Word & Excel)
• Ability to pass Enhanced DBS and MOD security clearance checks
