This role would suit a quality-driven site leader who takes pride in delivering homes that stand out with a mindset focused on NHBC standards and right-first-time delivery.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a traditional build housing development, leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver homes safely, on programme and to an award-winning standard of quality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full site management of a traditional build residential development
• Driving a PIJ-winning culture through quality, attention to detail and strong processes
• Ensuring full compliance with NHBC standards and company build specifications
• Managing health & safety, programme and cost control
• Leading, motivating and developing site teams and subcontractors
• Maintaining excellent site presentation and customer satisfaction levels
• Producing accurate reporting and liaising with senior management

You will be a proven Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a strong background working for a PLC house builder, comfortable operating within structured processes and high expectations.

You will ideally have:

• Extensive experience managing traditional build housing developments
• A strong NHBC track record with demonstrable PIJ results or aspirations
• A PLC house builder background
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold) and First Aid qualifications
• A quality-first, right-first-time approach to construction
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
