Senior User Interface Designer

Role Description  The Senior User Interface Designer will lead the creation of visually compelling, user-centered interfaces for INFLUISH’s web and mobile products in a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur. This position involves translating product requirements and creator workflows into high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design systems that support consistent, scalable experiences. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and front-end developers to refine user journeys, conduct design reviews, and iterate based on feedback and data.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing dashboards, automation flows, AI tool interfaces, and brand collaboration modules, maintaining design documentation, and ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met across all touchpoints.

Qualifications
Strong user interface design and user experience (UX) skills, with a focus on product design for web and mobile platforms.
Advanced visual design capabilities, including typography, color, layout, and the creation of clean, modern mockups.
Experience creating interactive prototypes, design systems, and detailed mockups that support seamless handoff to development teams.
Working knowledge of front-end development concepts (e.g., responsive design, component-based frameworks) to align UI with technical constraints.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) and version control for design assets.
Demonstrated ability to lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and collaborate in cross-functional product teams.
Familiarity with creator platforms, social media products, or data-driven dashboards is highly beneficial.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
