Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Udaipur. The Sales Assistant will support day-to-day sales activities, including welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward suitable products and brands. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, updating inventory-related information, and coordinating with the sales team and management to ensure smooth order processing. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, handling basic after-sales support, and assisting in the visual presentation of products in the showroom.

The Sales Assistant is expected to contribute to a positive customer experience and help achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills to build trust and ensure positive interactions with customers.
Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to explain product features, pricing, and offers effectively to customers and colleagues.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist in closing deals, promoting products, and supporting sales initiatives.
Candidates should possess Organization Skills to manage records, follow up on orders, and maintain a neat and efficient workspace.
Basic knowledge of building materials or willingness to learn product details quickly.
Ability to work on-site in Udaipur and collaborate with a small, dynamic team.
Comfort with basic computer applications for data entry and documentation.
Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
