Je zorgt dat ambities en haalbaarheid samenkomen in één gedragen plan—met maximale beschikbaarheid voor de klant en minimale voorraad- en ketenkosten.
Je vertaalt commerciële plannen naar capaciteit en voorraadvraag, stuurt op KPI’s zoals forecast accuracy en servicelevels, en professionaliseert
