Our client, a leading international energy company that is building the foundations of future-focused, environmentally friendly technologies through long-term investments in renewable energy sources, is looking for an independent and experienced Project Manager who is eager to actively contribute to creating a better tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, and managing international investment projects in the field of renewable energy, with a focus on solar power plants
- Preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and coordinating technical, project, and investment documentation, and participating in obtaining all necessary permits and approvals
- End-to-end management of processes, from the development phase and investment decision-making to execution and handover of the project into operation
- Leading, coordinating, and supervising project teams, and effectively allocating tasks and responsibilities
- Organizing and coordinating external contractors, including monitoring deadlines, costs, and quality of execution
- Close cooperation with other departments and companies within the entire division
- Ensuring quality of execution in accordance with technical standards, project requirements, and best practices
- Ensuring project compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and internal standards
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant technical field
- Proven experience in managing complex and financially significant projects in an international environment
- Willingness to work in the field and experience with operational monitoring of projects at various locations
- Good knowledge of renewable energy; experience with solar power plants is an advantage
- Experience in leading, coordinating, and organizing diverse project and execution teams
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and work ethic
- Strong proactivity and ability to work independently and make decisions
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, along with a strong sense for working with people and effective communication
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
