Associate Game Tester

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented   Associate Game Tester   to join our Game Testing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and playability of our games through systematic and thorough testing. This role is perfect for someone who loves gaming and has a keen eye for spotting bugs and inconsistencies.

Key Responsibilities    Execute test cases and checklists to identify bugs, glitches, and performance issues.
Report, track, and regress bugs using project management and bug tracking tools like JIRA.
Formulate end-user scenarios for the game.
Collaborate with designers, artists, developers, and other QA team members to understand game requirements and testing objectives.
Perform functional, UI/UX, compatibility, regression, and exploratory testing across various devices and platforms
Validate new features and updates before and after release
Provide clear and concise feedback on gameplay, balance, user experience, and overall game quality.
Help maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
Stay current on customer queries from support and marketing channels.
Stay up to date with industry trends, including emerging game genres, testing best practices, and new technologies.
Requirements

Degree in Engineering (BE – E&C/E&E), Science, or a related field with a minimum of 70% aggregate (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in game testing or mobile app testing (freshers with strong gaming knowledge are welcome to apply).
Enthusiastic gamer with curiosity to explore new game genres, mechanics, and player behaviors.
Strong passion for mobile games and understanding of different game genres.
Good communication skills – written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with mobile devices, app stores, and the general gaming ecosystem.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
