Maas-De Koning in Uithoorn zoekt een Serviceadviseur die het gezicht van onze vestiging vormt en als eerstelijns aanspreekpunt tussen klant en werkplaats optreedt. Je begeleidt het volledige serviceproces vanaf inleveren tot ophalen en verzorgt duidelijke werkopdrachten, prijsafspraken en correcte facturering.
Je onderhoudt proactief contact met klanten en externe partijen zoals leasemaatschappijen, geeft heldere uitleg over werkzaamheden en stuurt op een hoge klanttevredenheid.
