Je regisseert de samenhang tussen dagelijks en planmatig onderhoud, vervanging en vernieuwingsprojecten, en bewaakt de afstemming met bestuur, budget en kaders.
Je werkt nauw samen met Duo+ voor uitvoering en onderhoud, stuurt op kwaliteit en bestuurlijke afspraken en adviseert proactief over prioritering en meerjarenramingen.
