Responsibilities
- Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll
- Filing statutory payroll returns
- Dealing with payroll related matters and statutory compliances
- Processing company stores weekly sales
- Ensuring timely Invoices & Credit notes are raised to all customers
- Calculation of franchise fees
- Issuing Monthly Statements to customers
- Preparation of Aged Debt report
- Updating and maintaining customer records
- Posting & Allocation of receipts and payments
- Daily Bank reconciliation's of all company Bank accounts
- Posting of revenue Accruals and deferrals
- Investigating and resolving queries from Franchisee’s regarding Royalty & Marketing Fees
- Assisting with Payroll Processing
- Assisting Internal Audit & Compliance Team
- Undertake any reasonable task on the request of the Accounts Team
- Microsoft Office packages (especially Excel)
- Sage Payroll Experience Essential
- Knowledge of Foreign Currency conversions & Postings
- minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Team player & ability to communication with all levels
