Duties & Responsibilities Lead audits from initial planning through to completion and final reporting Supervise and mentor junior team members during fieldwork assignments Prepare statutory accounts in line with FRS
102 and relevant sector guidance Manage your own portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact Provide technical support across audit and accounts teams What Experience is Required ACA qualified or nearly qualified with strong audit experience gained in practice Solid technical accounting knowledge and experience leading audit assignments Excellent communication skills and attention to detail; charity sector experience desirable Salary & Benefits Salary of £52,000 5% pension contribution Study support where applicable Clear progression pathway to Senior Manager and beyond Supportive, office-based working environment with flexibility Location The role is based in Brighton and is commutable from Hove, Worthing, Lewes, Shoreham-by-Sea, Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath.
