Accountant, Tax Accountant, Accounting Manager

Fearless is a fast growing, modern accountancy practice built around client experience, speed, and clear communication. Our clients are ambitious business owners who want more than year end compliance, they want to actually understand and improve their numbers.

We are now looking for a qualified accountant to take ownership of a growing client portfolio and work closely with the Managing Director as we continue to scale.

This is a hands on, client facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships and taking real responsibility for their portfolio.

You will be the main point of contact for your clients, overseeing the work flowing through the team and ensuring everything is delivered accurately and on time. You will also review and approve work prepared by colleagues, maintaining high technical and quality standards across the portfolio.

This is not a back office only position. We are looking for someone confident speaking with business owners and managing client relationships end to end.

• Manage your own portfolio of limited company clients
• Act as the main client contact and build strong relationships
• Review and approve bookkeeping, VAT returns, and accounts prepared by colleagues
• Prepare and review year end accounts and corporation tax returns
• Support clients with queries and explain numbers in plain English
• Maintain high communication standards with clients
  
  Work closely with the Managing Director as the firm grows

You will likely be AAT, ACA or ACCA with practice experience and a genuine interest in client relationships.
