States of Guernsey is seeking an experienced Accountant to join its Client Accounting and Regulatory Team in Carey. This permanent role involves preparing financial statements under IFRS or local GAAP, managing less experienced team members, and leading client onboarding.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, strong technical accounting knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in accountancy software and advanced Excel skills are essential.
