Accounts & Audit Semi Senior (Goole) – Salary £26,000 - £33,000. Clark Wood, a specialist recruitment consultancy within the Public Practice Accountancy and Tax sectors, is recruiting for a dynamic and forward‑thinking accountancy firm in Goole.
As an Accounts & Audit Semi Senior, you will engage in a combination of accounts preparation, tax compliance, and audit assignments, working with a broad range of clients including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships across various industries.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies
- Prepare accounts for sole traders and partnerships
- Prepare corporation tax returns and personal tax returns
- Assist in planning and execution of audit assignments
- Conduct audit fieldwork and collaborate with senior auditors to complete audits efficiently
- Provide support to clients on accounting and tax matters
- Part-qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role within a practice environment
- Proficiency in preparing accounts and tax returns
- Experience in assisting with audit assignments
