Accounts Assistant - Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Queenslie, Glasgow on a 3-month temporary assignment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
• Processing supplier payments
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with month-end activities
• Resolving invoice and account queries
• General finance and administrative support as required

About You

• Previous experience working in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Excellent communication skills

Desirable

• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) would be highly advantageous
• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial
