SHW Property is seeking a skilled PM Accounts professional to deliver a compliant accounts facility for the Property Management Division in Brighton. You will handle reconciliations, budget input, and GL clear downs while supporting monthly and quarterly client statements.
The role covers VAT returns, fund transfers, and responding to queries from tenants, managers and clients. You will work as part of the PM Accounts team with occasional call rota duties.
