Position: Accounts assistant role
Location: Lakenham

Role – Accounts assistant
Location – Thetford, Norfolk
Working hours – Part time, up to 24 hours per week
Capacity of role – Temporary ongoing position
Pay Rate - £17.50 per hour

Our client is currently recruiting for an accounts assistant to join their team within a part time basis.
Candidates will have worked in a similar position previously.

Main duties will include –
Processing invoices and matching them to purchase orders
Recording and processing financial transactions, including profit and loss reports
Maintaining ledgers and reconciling bank statements
Communicating with clients and vendors to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies,
Assisting with financial reporting and month end processes.
Performing general administrative duties – filing, printing, emailing and scheduling.

Candidate attributes –
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Proficiency in accountancy software and Microsoft office and Sage packages.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
