Monday - Saturday (8am-6pm) Sundays (10am-4pm)
HRGO Recruitment are looking for an ad‑hoc receptionist to cover. You will be the first point of contact for customers, you will need to be presentable and have a professional and friendly manner. The role will involve making sure the customer waiting areas are free, showing customers around the showroom, making tea and coffees, as well as making sure that the areas are neat and tidy.
Keyresponsibilities
- Meet and greet customers in a professional manner.
- You will be required to direct the customers to the correct departments, offer refreshments and be on hand to help should it be required.
- On occasion, there may be some general administration although full training will be offered for the right candidate.
- The role also includes answering incoming telephone calls and direct them to the correct department when required.
You must be professional, reliable and presentable.
Experience- Car dealership experience preferred however not essential
- Looking for someone with Reception or Admin experience.
