Role Overview
The Preconstruction Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the preconstruction function, assisting with the smooth running of preconstruction activities and processes.
Experience
MUST HAVE previous administrative experience within the construction industry
Experience of managing tender / enquiry documentation, including checking documents against issue lists, managing addendums, superseding documents etc
- Experience of using SharePoint to manage documentation, at least at an intermediate level
- Experience of managing tender correspondence via portals
- Able to manage and prioritise requests from multiple members of staff, and work to deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the preconstruction team
Assist with document control and information management
Support tender and preconstruction processes as required
Coordinate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain records, logs, and preconstruction data
Assist with meetings, submissions, and deadlines
Carry out ad hoc tasks in support of preconstruction activities

Proficient in standard office software and systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Attention to detail and a methodical approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
