THE EMPLOYER IS: DENNETT INTERCHANGEThis role includes managing daily administrative operations and office coordination. Responsibilities include managing telephone/email enquiries, greeting visitors, and maintaining office equipment/supplies. The role also includes inputting data into databases, managing electronic/paper filing systems, and photocopying/scanning. Additionally, it involves arranging meetings, booking rooms, taking minutes, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities
  • General administration.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries.
  • Maintain organised filing systems (digital and paper).
  • Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other documents.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and room bookings.
  • Manage calendars for staff or teams.
  • Office Operations
  • Monitor and order office supplies.
  • Keep the office tidy, safe, and well organised.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital tools.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Able to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience in community, charity, or public-sector settings.
  • Basic finance or bookkeeping knowledge.

  • Ability to design simple posters, forms, or newsletters.
