I am seeking an experience Office Manager to join a specialist tailored construction logistics solutions business in Fenchurch Street, London. They need a highly organised Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their office and ensure a smooth, efficient working environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative processes, supervising support staff, coordinating office procedures and supporting senior management.
This role requires strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations
- Ensure efficient administrative systems and processes
- Manage office facilities, suppliers, and service contracts
- Monitor office budgets and expenses
- Supervise and support administrative staff
- Coordinate workloads and delegate tasks
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation
- Maintain staff records and policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain health & safety procedures
- Implement and improve office policies
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications
- Support senior leadership with administrative and operational tasks
