Search Consultancy are delighted to be working with a highly regarded law firm in Edinburgh to recruit this exciting opportunity on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to join a specialist Land & Property legal team, supporting a Partner and their wider team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Duties involved in this role will include:
Proactive diary and inbox management for a team of senior professionals
End-to-end matter administration, document management, and correspondence handling
Coordinating meetings, travel, and hospitality arrangements
Supporting financial processes including billing and fee correspondence
Assisting with compliance and client onboarding processes

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
Proven PA experience in a professional services or legal environment - this experience is ESSENTIAL
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and use your own judgement
Strong communication skills and a high level of discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an eye for detail
